Design proposal for a for a Residential Developer. Compact, vertical design responds to steep downsloping and narrow lot in the Oakland hills. Living, Dining, and bedrooms, along with their extended balconies, enjoy a broad view of the San Francisco Bay, including the city itself as well as the Golden Gate Bridge. Lot currently remains undeveloped.
